1. Remake Eligibility

I do not offer returns or refunds. However, I do understand that there might be instances where you'd like a replacement for your item.

If your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, you may be eligible for a remake.

2. Submitting a Remake Request

To request a remake, please follow these steps:

  • Contact me via email within 10 business days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your name or order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence.
  • I will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours.

3. Remake Process

If your remake request is approved, I will provide instructions on how to proceed. Typically, the process will involve sending back the original item, securely packaged, to the address I provide. Once I confirm the issue and receive the item back, I will begin the process of creating a replacement item for you.

4. Non-Eligible Items

Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way from their original condition are not eligible for remakes! Additionally, custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for remakes.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for shipping the original item back to me for inspection and remaking.
